After that I calmed down and then I stalled all the way through until around 3pm. Its seems to me that if I don’t push it after people say no, then I don’t get anywhere. End result - 3 signups. I also seem to be understanding the rise and fall of my energy levels much better now. I will start carrying the correct foods and ingest them at the appropriate times.
